Senior Concierge - Fixed Term Contract

We are on the hunt for an experienced Senior Concierge to join our Property & Infrastructure Team. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, based across multiple sites, where you'll have the opportunity to engage with different teams and projects, enhancing your professional growth and adaptability.

This is a fixed term position until April 2026.

Reporting to the Manager Facilities - Airports & Commercial, Properties & Infrastructure, you'll deliver a premium, on brand customer experience to Air New Zealand visitors and staff. You will manage day to day running of reception and visitor security at the relevant location (including but not limited to Air New Zealand's Headquarters and Airport Campus) and consistently deliver a personalised, efficient and secure outcome.

Key day to day responsibilities include:

  • Manage all aspects of the visitor, staff and contractor arrival and departures process to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Manage security and access control systems and procedures for the relevant sites including advising Air New Zealand Business units and visitors on security processes as required to ensure all process and procedures are followed and regulations adhered to.
  • Develop and implement processes for continuously improving the visitor experience including the implementation of new technology to support the efficient, secure and accurate introduction of visitors to Air New Zealand buildings.
  • Actively monitor CCTV cameras and ensure the relevant systems and processes for building security are adhered to.
  • Manage access to and operation of meeting rooms including digital requirements to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reinforce high standards of performance, safety, customer service and adherence to company values in all engagement with internal customers, visitors and external service providers.
  • Any other related duties as necessary across the multiple sites.
