Senior Manager GSE and Tooling

Reporting to the General Manager Supply Chain, you’ll lead our GSE & Tooling function, encompassing Planning and Investment, Operations, Compliance, and Asset Management. You’ll craft and deliver strategic initiatives, oversee budgeting and planning, and champion continuous improvement programs to elevate operational performance.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Set and drive the strategic direction for Ground Safety Equipment and Tooling.
  • Lead comprehensive asset management, ensuring optimal investment, utilization, and lifecycle management.
  • Oversee compliance, ensuring robust auditing processes and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Implement continuous improvement programs to drive operational excellence.
  • Foster a culture that prioritises safety, efficiency, and innovation.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven leadership of multi-functional teams, driving strong business outcomes.
  • Extensive experience developing and executing departmental or business unit strategies.
  • Significant Asset Management experience, ideally within aviation or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation industry standards, compliance, and audit requirements, or similar high compliance environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, paired with strategic business acumen.
