- Contribute to network designs, upgrades, migrations and the ongoing evolution of our network infrastructure.
- Proactively identify and address network performance, capacity, availability and security risks, ensuring compliance with safety and organisational requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams, technology vendors and managed service partners to ensure reliable service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, engineering standards and operational best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to plan, prioritise and deliver operational and improvement work.
- Stay current with infrastructure and platform technologies, identifying opportunities to improve reliability, automation and operational efficiency.
What you’ll bring
You'll be an experienced network engineer with strong technical fundamentals and a passion for solving complex problems, including:
- 5+ years' experience in enterprise network engineering or operations.
- Strong routing, switching and network troubleshooting skills.
- Practical knowledge of enterprise Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, firewalls, network security and data centre networking.
- Experience or knowledge of cloud networking and hybrid connectivity, ideally AWS or Azure.
- Exposure to Cisco and Aruba technologies, or equivalent enterprise networking platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, technical ownership and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Relevant industry certifications are beneficial but not mandatory. We value practical experience, sound engineering judgement and a willingness to learn.
