We have an exciting opportunity to join our Revenue Management Chapter Area as a Senior Revenue Management Analyst (Specialist), providing comprehensive analysis and development of revenue management and pricing strategies to maximise revenue opportunities.
Reporting to the Chapter Lead Revenue Management for Inventory, Domestic and working with a talented team, this role will suit an experienced analyst looking for their next exciting career move.
The role you will play:
- Responsible for end-to-end commercial performance for a set of routes within our domestic network
- Contribute to the development of annual revenue targets and ensure alignment with the wider sales strategy and commercial objectives.
- Provide in-depth insights of demand patterns and market conditions to influence flight pricing and clearly communicate route level strategy based on analysis.
- Ability to implement, track and analyse revenue management strategies.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with relevant stakeholders to develop understanding all aspects impacting route performance.
- Develop and deliver training to build internal capability in reporting and improving proficiency and efficiency of revenue management techniques.
- Monitor competitor activity and formulate relevant responses to ensure Air NZ retains its competitive advantage.
Our ideal candidate:
- Be university qualified in a relevant business discipline, with proven analytical skills.
- 3+ years of experience within an analytical role.
- Ideally you will bring relevant revenue management expertise.
- Aviation industry experience would be highly regarded, although is not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the drive to further yourself, as well as lending your experience and knowledge to others will be a huge asset.
