Senior Shared Services Specialist (Enablement)

As part of our commitment to excellence, we’re searching for a Senior Shared Services Enablement Specialist to join our Group Shared Services Enablement chapter and play a key role in our Financial Systems Enablement Squad.

This role sits at the heart of our corporate systems, with a focus on improving core processes, enhancing key platforms and delivering high-impact solutions that support the backbone of our business. You’ll work in a collaborative, agile environment, surrounded by people who thrive on continuous improvement and delivering meaningful change.

Working in an agile, collaborative environment, you'll help shape solutions that improve financial integrity, reduce operational risk and create better outcomes for both our customers and our people.

What you'll be doing

You’ll partner closely with Finance, Digital and Passenger stakeholders to ensure the integrity, accuracy and continuous improvement of revenue accounting and customer payment processes. You’ll bring strong analytical capability and technical confidence to identify risks, resolve issues and enhance the reliability of critical financial systems. You’ll also:

  • Lead revenue accounting and reconciliation activities, ensuring accurate reporting, financial integrity and compliance with internal controls
  • Investigate and resolve customer payment discrepancies, delivering timely end-to-end issue resolution in a high-volume transaction environment
  • Support and enhance database-driven financial processes, maintaining data integrity and improving reporting reliability
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, documenting workflows and strengthening controls to reduce operational risk
  • Collaborate within a cross-functional environment to deliver sustainable, high-quality outcomes across the Passenger space.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years' proven experience in revenue accounting, financial reconciliations and reporting within a complex or high-volume environment
  • Experience managing customer payment investigations and resolving discrepancies end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, risk management and compliance requirements
  • Working knowledge of databases (SQL or equivalent preferred) with the ability to analyse and interpret data confidently
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to clearly communicate financial and technical concepts.
