Interpret data and reporting, sharing insights with stakeholders and senior leaders to support decisions and improve operational effectiveness
Act as a subject matter expert, advising the business on technical solutions and helping resolve issues to meet business objectives
Lead technical investigations and root cause analysis, working with business process owners, vendors and specialists across disciplines
Troubleshoot application and integration issues, including RESTful APIs, using tools such as Bruno and Kafka
Manage system configuration, maintenance, testing and change implementation to keep systems stable and aligned with operational needs
Manage relationships with software vendors and support partners to help resolve issues and maintain effective support
Monitor application health and contribute to support documentation, data patching and scripting
What you’ll bring
5 - 10 years’ analytical experience in a complex environment
Experience supporting critical operational systems, ideally in a cloud environment
Strong technical knowledge of systems integration and experience troubleshooting API issues
Confidence leading issue investigations involving multiple teams and technology disciplines
Advanced analytical, business modelling and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to produce clear technical documentation
The ability to explain technical issues clearly and influence decisions at a senior level
A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, or equivalent industry experience
