Supply Chain Performance Manager

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Supply Chain Performance Manager to join our Whānau. Reporting to the Chapter Lead Supply Chain Performance, you will be responsible for optimising and enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and strategic alignment of supply chain processes through performance measurement, analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and collaboration with key stakeholders.

This is a unique opportunity for a high performing individual and team player with proven experience in in contributing to the development and execution of supply chain strategies, demonstrated ability to identify performance improvement measures, experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives, as well as strong understanding of global supply chain functions and their related components.

Your key outputs may involve:

  • Develop, implement, and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) within the Supply Chain and work with the Chapter Lead Supply Chain Performance to design metrics to better monitor Supply Chain Operations and performance
  • Lead continuous improvement programmes and initiatives, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and strategic alignment.
  • Work with the Supply Chain Performance team & Data Analysts to implement and provide accurate and timely reporting and insights on Supply Chain performance, risk, and sustainability for senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Design and deliver programmes across Supply Chain functions to drive cross functional integration and alignment with Supply Chain strategy
  • Manage and Coordinate the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) cycle across the Supply Chain by actively participating in quarterly cyclic meetings. Collaborate closely with the QBR specialist, Chapter Lead SC Performance and General Manager (GM) of Supply Chain to ensure a seamless execution of the QBR process
  • Collaborate with other Supply Chain functions to implement measures to sustainably improve operations and hence ROI and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and embed supporting standards, policies, and processes to support and deliver on agreed outcomes and KPIs
  • Support successful implementation of improvement and transformation projects, including Operating Model / People / Processes / Technology
  • Develop and embed key processes and deliverables to support sustainability, risk management and ethical sourcing outcomes across the end-to-end Supply Chain
  • Maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are followed, and all information and supporting tools are available and easily accessed
