Supply Planning Manager (Chapter Lead)

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Supply Planning Chapter within Tech Ops, shaping the capability, standards, and ways of working that underpin operational performance. You will develop a high performing team, influence enterprise planning, and drive the continued evolution of Supply Planning through innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

As Chapter Lead Supply Planning, you will work across Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance Planning, Procurement, and operational Tribes and Squads, helping build a more integrated, digitally enabled planning capability that supports material availability and operational excellence.

About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end Supply Planning capability, driving best practice, consistent standards, and continuous improvement across the function
  • Coach, develop, and inspire a high performing team of Supply Planning professionals, building capability and future talent
  • Partner across Demand Planning, Engineering, Maintenance Planning, Procurement, and operational Tribes and Squads to strengthen integrated planning and deliver business outcomes
  • Lead Supply Review and S&OP processes to improve planning quality, inventory performance, and operational readiness
  • Champion advanced digital planning tools and data driven decision making to strengthen planning capability and support transformation
  • Drive planning maturity through cross functional collaboration, supplier performance improvements, and business performance reviews.

What we're looking for

  • Extensive Supply Chain Planning experience within a complex operational environment, with strong expertise in Supply Planning and S&OP
  • Proven success leading, coaching, and developing high performing teams while building capability and engagement
  • Demonstrated experience delivering supply planning transformation, process improvement, or broader supply chain optimisation initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary planning methodologies, inventory management, and advanced digital planning tools
  • Experience working across matrixed or Agile environments, partnering with stakeholders across operations, engineering, procurement, finance, and planning
  • A collaborative leader who communicates with influence, builds trusted relationships, and champions continuous improvement.
