We have an exciting opportunity for a 12-month fixed-term People Specialist – Recruitment & Talent to join our team. This opportunity offers a dynamic environment where you’ll collaborate with leaders across the business, refine recruitment strategies, and enhance candidate experiences. What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner with leaders across various business groups to understand talent needs and drive strategic hiring solutions.
- Implement talent sourcing strategies, market mapping, and proactive search techniques to attract top talent.
- Work closely with our People team to align recruitment with broader HR strategies and DEI initiatives.
- Deliver measurable hiring success, optimise time-to-fill, candidate engagement, and quality of hire.
What You Bring
- Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to partner with leaders and hiring teams.
- Experience with sourcing, market mapping, and talent pipelining.
- A collaborative mindset and adaptability in navigating change.
