We have a great opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, primarily supporting recruitment across our Digital business unit.
It’s a busy, varied portfolio, so we’re looking for someone who can quickly build relationships, get to know the business and confidently manage recruitment from brief through to offer.
What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across your own portfolio, while supporting other corporate areas when needed
- Partner with leaders to understand their teams, talent needs and the capabilities they need for the future
- Develop effective sourcing strategies, including proactive search, to identify and engage great talent
- Provide advice and market insights to leaders to support effective hiring decisions
- Deliver a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
What you’ll bring
- Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, gained in an internal and/or agency setting
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the confidence to partner with leaders and provide advice
- Experience recruiting Digital or technology roles would be an advantage, along with a genuine interest in recruiting technical roles
- Curiosity and a genuine desire to understand the business and the roles you recruit
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes at once
