A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proven leader to make their mark as a Part Time, Front of House Team Leader at Whangarei Airport.
You will be an integral part of the leadership team and will thrive in a dynamic environment while looking to continually improve and strive for operational excellence. To be successful in this role, ideally you will need:
- AOC experience and extensive knowledge across Front of House operation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to lead a high performing team
- The ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and support development conversations with your team
- Flexibility, resilience, and adaptability will be a necessity to be successful in this role as a leader.
- Thorough understanding of company values and passion for continuous improvements.
- Sound operational knowledge with proven technical, practical and interpersonal capability.
- Confidence in relationship building and possess the personality to influence others to provide information and to make things happen.
- Have a strong focus on Health & Safety
This is a challenging position where you will often be required to make independent decisions under pressure and effectively lead an operational team. The role requires a people leader with a passion for success and resilience who is wanting to take their career to the next level in a dynamic environment.
