To continue this success story and to grow and develop the business, we are looking for a commercially astute and results-driven professional to join Air New Zealand Sales Team as an Account Executive based in Los Angeles.
This role is of critical importance for Air New Zealand, emphasis on maintaining an active customer base, building on current relationships, and establishing new ones along the way. This position will strategically manage an assigned portfolio in collaboration with National Account Managers that focus on increasing Air New Zealand engagement and awareness to support to push higher yielding as well as managing and building a pipeline of new business opportunities. This role will also be responsible for representing Air New Zealand at industry or partner events within the assigned territory and have a focus on Leisure related partnerships and sales.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in sales planning, sales strategy, and commercial analysis, with a demonstrated ability to leverage data integration software skills including analysis of internal/external data sources such as ARC/BSP, DDS, MIDT, Microsoft CRM and other B2B/B2C data providers. Essential to your success will be professional presentation skills and the ability to tell our unique story to provide compelling reasons to fly with Air New Zealand, an award-winning international airline.

The base salary for this role will be $60,000 - $86,000 USD, depending on the skills, experience and level of contribution the successful candidate will bring to the role. This role does involve periodic travel to various locations to meet with existing and prospective clients along with supporting industry trade events.
