Change Manager (Delivery Enablement Specialist)

To support this vision, we are currently seeking an experienced Change Manager on a 6-month contract (Internal Job Title: Delivery Enablement Specialist) to join the Digital Delivery Enablement team. This isn’t your ordinary change management role - we’re looking for a T-shaped professional with a deep understanding of change practices and a broad delivery skill set. You will have a hands-on "roll your sleeves up" approach to the delivery of your Tribe and Squad(s) outcomes, leveraging your breadth of expertise to ensure every stage of delivery succeeds.
You will champion and leverage our agile operating rhythm to deliver outcomes via large-scale cross-functional initiatives. This will require you to manage complex dependencies between teams, third parties, and across the organisation to ensure end-to-end delivery success.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
You will play a pivotal role in enabling successful delivery by ensuring teams have the right structures, processes, and change strategies in place to drive adoption and minimise friction.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders to support effective change delivery and planning.
Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications to ensure employee understanding and engagement for relevant change projects and initiatives.
Identify, track, and mitigate change management risks and issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Develop and maintain effective relationships to ensure stakeholder requirements are balanced and expectations are managed
Actively ensure the safety and security of all people, assets, systems & procedures engaged in or associated with own area of responsibility or otherwise under own control or influence.
Experience in Agile Project methodologies.
Experience & Skills:
Proven experience delivering change in an iterative, value-driven way, ensuring continuous delivery of benefits rather than a traditional waterfall approach.
Experience leading and delivering technology and business outcomes in a corporate environment.
Significant experience leading large-scale organisational change efforts.
Experience across the traditional project delivery areas of Change Management, Project Management and Business Analysis with the ability to apply these skills to meet the project goals.
Ability to "navigate the grey" to define the black & white and be comfortable with ambiguity.
Strong influencing and engagement skills that enable you to work with diverse stakeholder groups while managing expectations.
Active listener and clear communicator, enabling effective technical discussions to closure.
Experience in aviation, transport, logistics, or operations a plus.
