In this role, you’ll drive product performance and play a critical role in defining and championing product best practice at Air New Zealand. You’ll leverage your deep craft expertise and leadership skills to guide a team of experienced Product Management Specialists, lifting the airline’s product craft and supporting the development of a world-class product portfolio. Successful candidates will bring a strategic mindset, strong perspective on product best practice, a passion for coaching high performing teams, and demonstrated experience driving transformational change.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Demonstrated experience across all phases of the product lifecycle at senior levels, including the development of impactful product strategy, performance outcomes, and initiative delivery
- Commercially astute, strategic, and innovative in your ways of thinking
- A highly collaborative, servant leadership style
- Strategic perspectives on the future of the product management craft
- Ability to guide and motivate teams, influencing stakeholders of all levels and delivering change within an agile environment
- A balance of vision and pragmatism, with the ability to translate long-term ambition into actionable plans that deliver value early.
