We are looking for Customer Service Agents to join us in Casual & 6-month Fixed Term positions. Our Customer Service Agents are the first point of contact with our customers. As such, you'll need to be prepared to connect with and delight people by demonstrating the Kiwi charm and capability that we are admired for around the world. You will aid and provide expertise to ensure the travel experience is smooth and seamless from check in through to boarding.
What will you be doing?
With kiosks in our check-in areas, you will provide technical assistance and expertise to ensure the travel experience is smooth and seamless from Check in through to boarding. You will provide support with looking after our high volume of unaccompanied minors traveling which will see you escorting our young travellers to and from their various check points. You will also be required to assist with pushing wheelchairs and lifting bags at any given time! Safety and Security are top priority, and you'll have comprehensive training & support to ensure you, your colleagues and customers are safe in this fast-paced environment.
You'll need:
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand (NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident)
- A NZ Restricted or Full Licence and reliable transport to get yourself to work
- To be physically fit, able to walk up to 8km each day
- At least 2 years' experience in a customer facing role
- To be technically savvy with the ability to pick up and troubleshoot digital systems, along with accurate typing skills
- Resilience, self-motivation, and good prioritisation skills
- A fun and engaging attitude, plus a big smile!
Rostered Shifts:
We have 2x roster types available & you will be appointed depending on business needs.
6-month Fixed Term Roster:
- You will be rostered 6 days on, 3 days off. The roster operates across Monday to Sunday including public holidays and we need your commitment to work the shifts as they are rostered.
- Your shifts will occur from 5:30am to 9:30am and are 4 hours in length.
- Our rosters are set fortnightly and part time Customer Service Agents work 30 – 50 hours per fortnight.
- Overtime can be available additional to this but is not guaranteed.
Casual Roster:
- You will be rostered 4 days on, 2 days off. The roster operates across Monday to Sunday including public holidays and we need your commitment to work the shifts as they are rostered.
- Our rosters are set fortnightly and part time. Shifts can range from a 4.00am start to a 2.00am finish.
