Enterprise Value & Performance (EVP) Lead

Behind the scenes, our corporate teams are enabling performance, shaping strategy, and building a future-fit business, and we're looking for an Enterprise Value and Performance (EVP) Lead to sit at the heart of this. This EVP Lead will guide and evolve our company QBR process, support strategic prioritisation, and strengthen how we implement our strategy.

You’ll play a central role in embedding our Full Potential operating model—ensuring we learn quickly, prioritise with discipline, and execute with focus. You’ll help ensure decisions are informed by high-quality insight—turning data into actionable, strategic choices. More specifically, you’ll be responsible for facilitating the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, supporting group performance management, and building the capability and culture of the QBR centre of excellence (CoE).

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the delivery of our Air NZ Kia Mau strategy by ensuring alignment of activity across the airline
  • Facilitating an effective and efficient company-wide QBR process
  • Enabling the Leadership Squad to prioritise confidently based on a deep understanding of strategy and performance
  • Supporting leaders across the airline define clear, outcome-focused objectives aligned with strategy
  • Injecting global best practice and feedback to continuously improve the process
  • Building a strong, inclusive team culture within the CoE and across the business
