Regional Sales & Marketing Executive (Cargo) - Asia

Join Air New Zealand’s Cargo team and help drive business success across Asia! Based in vibrant Hong Kong, as our Regional Sales & Marketing Executive (Cargo) - Asia, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations, insightful support, and outstanding customer experiences.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Asia operations, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, delivering meaningful insights and support that directly impact our revenue and customer satisfaction.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Provide exceptional operational and administrative support, efficiently handling inquiries and correspondence to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Lead administrative and operational tasks for Sales Projects, including project planning, campaign execution, and insightful reporting.
- Support the Cargo team with accurate and timely data analysis and reporting, enabling strategic decision-making and revenue growth.
- Ensure efficient and professional office management, maintaining the highest standards.
- Organise and coordinate conferences and meetings, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
- Create impactful presentations, delivering information clearly to diverse audiences.
Our ideal candidate:
- A university degree in Business or equivalent experience would be advantageous.
- Ideally, further education or training in relevant fields.
- Minimum two years' experience in sales or key account management.
- Knowledge of airline cargo operations or the freight forwarding industry would be beneficial.
- Experience delivering engaging presentations to varied audiences.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, both written and spoken.
