We are seeking fun, energetic and passionate people to join our Air New Zealand whanau at our Wellington Airport! We are excited to open our Expression of interest for our permanent, part-time Customer Service Agents.
Our Customer Service Agents are the first point of contact with our customers. As such, you'll need to be prepared to delight people by demonstrating the Kiwi charm and capability that we're admired for around the world. Bringing empathy, fun, passion and leadership to your role every day you come to work. You will provide technical assistance and expertise to ensure the travel experience is smooth and seamless from Check in through to boarding for our passengers.

It's a 24/7, busy and pressurised environment, one which demands a love of travel, people and a high level of resilience.
You'll need:
- Eligibility to work and live permanently in New Zealand (NZ/Australian Citizen or NZ Permanent Resident) at time of application
- NZ Restricted or NZ Full Licence at time of application, with own reliable transport to get to and from work each day. We are unable to accept candidates who don't hold one of the required licences
- Being physically fit is essential for this role, requires the ability to walk up to 8km each day and to be on your feet for extended periods of time
- At least 2 years' experience in a customer facing role
- To be technically savvy with the ability to pick up and troubleshoot digital systems, along with accurate typing skills
- Resilience, self-motivation and good prioritisation skills
- A fun and engaging attitude, plus a big smile!
- Fully available for rotating rostered shift work (as detailed below)
Rostered Shifts:
The Airport is a 24/7 operation and we are looking for people who have the commitment and flexibility to work in this type of environment!
- The roster operates across Monday to Sunday including public holidays and we need your commitment to work the shifts as they are rostered
- The rosters are based on a 6 days on, 3 days off and will occur between the hours of 4.00am and 2:00am and range in length from 3 to 12 hours
- Our rosters are set fortnightly and part time Customer Service Assistants work a minimum of 50 to 70 hours per fortnight. Overtime can be available additional to this but is not guaranteed
