Health Systems Specialist

We have a rare opportunity available for a Health Systems Specialist to join our whanau. 

The Health System Specialists help ensure uninterrupted provision of essential health services and improve overall patient experiences. This streamlined administration contributes towards helping Air New Zealand to maintain a healthy and productive workforce. 

In this role, you will ensure efficient clinical administration and timely, accurate processing of invoice payments. This role is pivotal in optimising operational workflows, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the financial integrity of the health system. 

This role is responsible for: 

1. Invoice and payment management 
2. Streamline clinical administration  
3. On-site patient management 
4. Operational excellence 
5. Communication and stakeholder management 
6. Compliance assurance.

For someone to do this role well, they need to have:

1. Proven proficiency in healthcare administration and invoicing processes 
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Success in this role is measured by the efficiency of patient data management, and the accuracy and the timeliness of invoice and payment management. Additionally, success is reflected in the reduction of errors and turnaround times in administrative and financial workflows, alongside positive performance indicator trends. 

This role is full-time, permanent, and based at one of our offices very close to Auckland Airport.
