Learning Enablement Specialist

Air New Zealand is seeking a Learning Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic Learning Experience team. Although this role is part of our learning function, we are looking for a skilled general team administrator. About the Role:  

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the delivery of impactful learning initiatives across the organisation. As a Learning Enablement Specialist, you’ll be essential to the smooth operation of our learning programs. You’ll work within learning systems such as LMS, coordinate training sessions and logistics, handle data entry, and provide key administrative support to create a seamless and positive learning experience for both trainers and learners. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Administer LMS activities, ensure data integrity, and generate reports. 
  • Manage learning content, collaborate with SMEs, and update resources. 
  • Plan and schedule training programs, and coordinate venues and resources. 
  • Maintain training records and process financial invoices. 
  • Support learning initiatives. 

What You Will Bring to the Role: 

  • Proven experience in an administrative role. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. 
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience with training logistics and financial management.
