About the Role
As a Senior Analytics Specialist, you’ll lead the discovery of high-value insights, shape the narrative that brings those insights to life, and guide business decisions through your expertise. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, turning complex data into clear stories that spark action. This is a role for someone excited by strategic problem solving.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Tribes/Delivery Units to identify key analytical opportunities and deliver impactful recommendations.
- Develop analytical solutions and dashboards to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Augment your analytics work using AI tools and techniques to explore data patterns, automate repetitive tasks, or enrich business understanding.
- Lead cross-functional problem-solving initiatives, working with various Analytics & AI crafts and other analysts to provide a holistic view.
- Present insights in a compelling way, bringing clarity to complex issues and translating them into business outcomes.
- Mentor other analysts in our chapter, contributing to your development and growing our collective capability.
- Contribute to the chapter’s learning groups, solution forums, and ongoing efforts to optimise workflows and professional development.
About You
You’re an experienced insights specialist who thrives in ambiguity and has a nose for the ‘so what’. You’re curious, collaborative, and passionate about using data to make a difference.
What You’ll bring:
- Strong experience in insights and business analytics, ideally in a large, complex organisation.
- Expertise in SQL (we use Snowflake) and a passion for data exploration.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar visualisation tools.
- Experience with dbt (data build tool) is a strong plus.
- A continuous improvement mindset and an interest in using AI tools to enhance analytics delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills – you build trust and communicate complex ideas with ease.
- A drive for continuous learning and supporting the growth of your peers.
