Senior HR Business Partner

We have a wonderful opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner in our Digital and Transformation business units to deliver significant business outcomes through strategic workforce planning and ensuring we have the right people potential. About the role: 

Reporting to the People Lead (GM) – Corporate, Sales and Digital, as a Senior HR Business Partner supporting our Digital and Transformation business units, you will utilise your broad experience to build meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders, supporting them in key decisions and initiatives across the function. This is a commercially oriented role and requires the ability to flex up to Executive business partnership and back down into the detail of financial and program performance. You will be a trusted advisor to the business, providing coaching and direction to support the creation of People plans which deliver on the business strategy and further enhance the amazing Air NZ culture.

 

What you will bring to the role: 

We are ideally looking for a senior HR Professional experienced in partnering with Digital/Technology teams and supporting them in reaching their potential. We are always looking at new ways of working to deliver our Full Potential, so experience working in an agile operating model will be hugely beneficial. Strategic thinking, structured communication, the ability to simplify complexity and an outside-in perspective on digital organisations, talent and emerging trends are highly valued by the team.
