Training and Enablement Administrator

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic team? We are seeking a dedicated Training & Enablement Administrator to join our Engineering and Maintenance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of our team.
About the Role:
This is a pivotal and proactive role responsible for the smooth administration and delivery of E&M training and enablement programmes. As a Training & Enablement Administrator some of your day-to-day responsibilities are to:
- Provide administration support to in house training and development programmes
- Connect with schools, universities and our training school to provide work experience, visits and attend careers expos
- Support the E&M teams to ensure authorisations are up to date and maintained, discrepancies are investigated, and regulations are adhered to
- Build relationships and liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure business needs are identified, prioritized, and fulfilled
- General administrative support to the wider team with the coordination of meetings, minutes, and travel arrangements as required.
What you will bring to the role:
- Be proficient with general IT systems, the Microsoft Office Suite, some experience with SumTotal LMS and SAP would be an advantage
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills and be a great communicator - with colleagues and customers alike
- Have strong administration and coordination skills, working in a methodical, logical, and organised way and have the ability to prioritise workflow or change focus as necessary
- Thrive on working in a fast-paced ever-changing organisation
- You will utilise sound communication skills and be a reliable team player to ensure the accurate delivery and coordination of programmes and activities.
